What is REAP?

Research- Identify, locate, investigate and segment people groups in preparation for engagement.
- People group approach – Research an assigned people group. Use internet and other sources to 
research people group in preparation for engagement using the attached research criteria.
- Geographical approach – Research of an area that is potentially accessible by Strategy 
Coordinator church volunteer teams, identifying what people groups are there and investigating
them using the attached research criteria.
Recruit – Strategy coordinator churches and other short term missionaries to engage people group 
segments. Most of our S.C. churches have come from our own contacts.

Equip – Train S.C. churches and other short term missionaries to plant multiplying Great  
Commission churches.
- Evangelism – Methodology, contextualization of the message. Barriers and Bridges.
- Discipleship training – Methodology, criteria obedience based. Important issues.
- Leadership training – Criteria, important issues. Leadership training conferences.
A_________________________________________________________

Assist – S.C. churches with logistical needs. Including but not limited to: 
Translators, lodging, transportation, Bibles, tracts, and supplies.
P_________________________________________________________

Pray – Maintain a fervent prayer life praying for yourself, your family, team mates, coworkers, and 
unreached people groups. Contribute to the prayer newsletter and other strategic uses of prayer.
